AUASB roundtable on sustainability exposure drafts

The AUASB invites stakeholders to attend a virtual roundtable on its recent sustainability exposure drafts. These exposure drafts propose new illustrative Corporations Act auditor’s reports and amendments to the phasing in of assurance under the Act.

Prior to attending, the AUASB requests attendees to review:

Exposure drafts ED 02/25 and ED 03/25; and
The consultation questions at the end of the Explanatory Memorandum in each exposure draft.

The AUASB encourages stakeholders to submit written comment letters via the AUASB website for ED 02/25 by 24 November 2025 and for ED 03/25 by 2 December 2025.
