FOI disclosure log

AUASB is required to publish all documents released under the FOI Act, within 10 working days of the applicant being given access to the documents (s11C(6)).

This requirement applies to information released in response to FOI requests received after 1 May 2011.

Publication may be by way of making the information released available for download from AUASB website (s11C(3)(a)) or by publishing details of how the information may be obtained from AUASB (s11C(3)(c)). 

What is included in the log

AUASB's disclosure log lists FOI request releases to which the publication obligation applies.

Documents released in response to an FOI request that are subject to the exceptions below are not required to be placed on the disclosure log. 

What is not included in the log

Documents containing the following are exempt from inclusion in the disclosure log:

Charges

A charge may be imposed to reimburse AUASB for the cost incurred in copying or reproducing the information or sending it to you.
