Robin is a member of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board and has a portfolio of independent directorships in the listed company, government and not-for profit sectors.

Robin is a chartered accountant, with over 25 years with PwC, including more than 17 years as an Assurance partner.  As well as financial audit, Robin has focused on risk management, third party assurance, systems process and controls assurance and internal audit. Her industry experience has primarily been in financial services (insurance, asset management, superannuation administration, custody, banking) but also includes services, industrial/life sciences and property.  She also has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions and working with companies with strategic and governance challenges.
