Carolyn Ralph

Carolyn is an Audit Partner within KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice, with over 20 years’ experience in Australia, the United States, Canada and Ireland. Carolyn currently specialises in managing risk and quality of the audit practice, supporting auditors across Australia in both non-standard and risky circumstances. She has diverse experience across a range of listed, large and small clients, industries and geography.

Carolyn is the project lead adopting the expanded audit report with the key aim to provide shareholders with value added insights to the performance of the audit via Key Audit Matters. She is the author of KPMG’s Transparency Reports which are published to lead the debate on the audit professions role in closing the expectation gap. 

Carolyn is also a board member of KPMG’s Reconciliation Advisory Council, passionate about achieving sustainable contributions to their citizenship activities.
