Elizabeth is highly regarded for her work in the areas of company law and corporate governance.
She regularly advises on governance issues, directors' and officers' duties, audit independence, meetings, foreign corrupt practices allegations, remuneration, corporate policies and practices, fund governance, ASX Listing Rules, ASX Corporate Governance Guidelines and international governance requirements such as the US Sarbanes-Oxley legislation.
She coordinates Blake Dawson's Boardroom Engagement program, hosting regular roundtable discussions with directors, senior executives and company secretaries. She is also the liaison partner for various projects with the Business Council of Australia – on regulatory reform, shareholder participation and AGM processes and is the Blake Dawson CEDA Trustee.
Elizabeth's background has given her extensive exposure to business here and internationally, to regulators and to other business advisers. This allows her to take a robust and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
